Set in the idyllic courtyard of Springs Farm, at the foot of Walla Crag, our Courtyard Cottages offer you not only a peaceful stay, but are a great base for all sorts of activities. Delight in the opportunity of a ramble though the woods up Walla Crag to enjoy magnificent views over Derwentwater and perhaps treat yourself to a tasty bite in nearby Annie's Pantry on your return. Take a hike via Castlehead to the lake or a leisurely walk into Keswick itself for a browse of the many shops and eating places this charming town has to offer.

Each cottage is on one level and there is free parking. We welcome well-behaved children and dogs, but request dogs are not allowed on the furniture in the cottages and are kept on a lead outside as we are a working farm (please see Terms and Conditions).
